There was a rally on the steps of the Sacramento State Capitol in California on January 21, 2010 from 11 am to 1pm, to save the wild horses and burros. About 35 people came, despite the rain. We did go inside the capitol for a press conference after spending about an hour outside in the rain. After the press conference, About 20 or so people walked eight blocks to Senator Barbara Boxer's office and talked to one of her Representatives. Kcra 3 and KFBK 1530 covered the rally.
